Stow diaper bag project
In my 2 months being an Product Design Intern at Goldbug my main duty was to design a compact diaper bag suited
Research/Benchmarketing
During the first 2 weeks I conducted a market analysis of existing diaper bags, evaluating key features and attributes across different pricing tiers to identify patterns, gaps, and opportunities.
I did the same for baby carriers making spreadsheets for the characteristics in the market to see if it made sense for Goldbug to get back in the market.
Tier based concepting
After searching the market for what makes certain bags better than others I started concepting in based off of cost compared to features included such as, wipe pouches, quality of materials, number of insulating spots for bottles, etc.
Concepting
I spent the remainder of my time further fleshing out concepts to make them more industry practical and marketable.
